The New Neighbor Advantage program mails your custom direct mail postcard exclusively to new residents in each ZIP code of your choice. Participation is easy. You simply select the ZIP codes you wish to mail to and select your postcard design (or provide your own artwork) and any information you wish to include on your card. We do the rest.

Mailing counts will vary weekly based on the number of active new residents moving into your neighborhoods. However, to give you an idea, there is typically a 10% turnover annually in every ZIP code. If you’re mailing to a ZIP code of 25,000 homes, around 2,500 resident homes turnaround each year. This breaks down to an average of 50 new neighbors a week in a ZIP code of 25,000 homes.

Your mailing program rate is just 85 cents per household, which covers list purchase, postcard printing and postage. That means an average mailing to 50 new residents is only $42.50 per week.*

According to the ADA, patients spend an average of $653 per year at the dentist, which translates to a10-year estimated LTV (lifetime value) of approximately $6,500.

Bottom line, for every new patient acquired through a weekly 50-resident New Neighbor Advantage initiative, the estimated LTV generated would be about 3-times the investment to mail 2,600 new neighbors over a 12-month period.
